Good afternoon ,

We all know how much needs to be planned for a wedding and it can become very confusing what you need to do and when. So today we bring you a planning timeline......

One week to go
  • Collect rings if you have not done so already and give to best man or the Groom
  • Confirm numbers with your venue
  • Make a note of all you on the day suppliers and their contact details and have one of the wedding party in charge of this
  • Collect dress

  • Have a running order of the day and again let one of the wedding party be in charge of this
  • Get your nails done and have relaxing day
  • Last but not least make sure you have a nice chilled night before the big day and enjoy the day!!!

Now this seems like a lot of organising but if you stay organised then you should be able to enjoy the planning. A good thing would be to purchase a notebook/file (now if your like me this will be the best part about planning a wedding) you will have all the information about the wedding in one place. Also spreadsheets (if you are not a computer phobic) can be a very useful tool.
A great tip - Start a wedding scrap book, use this to stick in any ideas that you have or have seen in magazines/websites. This will help you when you go and see suppliers and you can show them your vision so there is no confusion  (and yes this does mean another notebook :-) )

I will be looking at ways to help keep your planning stress free and organised in the coming weeks so make sure you keep reading!!!
